Introduction
The OutdoorNetwork (Boats.Net) accepts orders from all around the world. Depending on the ship to address on your order, product restrictions, shipping rates and fees may vary.

Please remember your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped to. These charges/fees are at all times the recipient's liability. For additional details, read about Restrictions (which relates to all international shipments) and Import Fees Deposits (which only applies to Priority International Shipping).
NOTE: For your safeguard, The OutdoorNetwork will mail any order worth $500 or more via a traceable method.
Restrictions
The following items can not be shipped via the United States Postal Service: Lower Unit Assy's, Powerheads, Electronics, Top Cowlings, Gear Cases, Paint, Oils/Lubricants, Batteries, and other products that exceed the maximum weight and girth of the specific country the product is being sent to.
Limitations
For products sent internationally, please take note that any manufacturer warranty may not be applicable; manufacturer repair options may not be accessible; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in your country's language; the merchandise may not be made in agreement with your country's standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the merchandise may not obey the guidelines to your country's voltage and other electrical standards. You are accountable for declaring that the merchandise can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from The OutdoorNetwork, the recipient is responsible and must conform to all laws and regulations of that country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The beneficiary of an international delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country/state/region. Additional fees for customs approval must be endured by the recipient; we have no power over these fees and cannot forecast what they might be. Customs policies differ extensively from country to country; you should get in touch with your local customs office for additional information.
Privacy
Your privacy is imperative to us, and we know that you have concern about how information about your order is handled and shared. We would like our international customers to be conscious that international shipments are subject to opening and examination by custom authorities. Also, we may possibly give certain order, shipment, and merchandise information to our international carriers, and such knowledge may be relayed by the carriers to customs authorities in order to assist customs clearance and abide by local laws.
Even if the order is a gift and marked on package as "Gift", the cost is still stated on the custom forms.
Returns & Replacements
The above terms also are relevant to all replacement merchandise that we may ship if there was a discrepancy with the original shipment. If you return merchandise to us, you will be the exporter from your country. The risk of loss is transferred to you until the return has reached our fulfillment center.
APO & FPO Addresses
Please enter the "APO" or "FPO" in the city field. In the state field enter "AE" for Europe, Canada, Africa or the Middle East, "AA" for Americas and "AP" for Asia or the Pacific. The country field should always be the "United States". All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. We estimated 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed and shipped. Some destinations may take up to 22 days. Please see restrictions for items that can not be shipped to APO/FPO destinations.
What if the actual Shipping/Handling Fees are less than the fee I was charged?
If the actual Shipping/Handling Fee is less that the fee you actually paid, we will automatically refund the difference to the payment method you used for the order. Bank Wire transfers and PayPal refunds will be credited to your account in-house for future purchases. We will send you a notification e-mail to confirm the amount of the refund.
What if the actual Shipping/Handling Fees are more than the fees I was charged?
You will not be charged any additional fees if the actual Shipping/Handling Fees exceed the Shipping/Handling fees we estimated when the order was processed without your authorization.
How do you estimate the amount of the Shipping/Handling Fees?
We use the estimated weight and girth of the package. Also, customs regulations vary in different countries and regions concerning classifications of goods.
Shipping/Handling Fees
This section has detailed information on shipping to Africa, Europe, Canada, Latin America, Australia, Japan, Israel, Middle East, Asia & Pacific Islands, Atlantic, Caribbean & Other Islands destinations. See International Shipping for all restrictions and guidelines. The OutdoorNetwork presently does not have weights for all merchandise. This feature will be available in the near future; however, in the meantime, the shipping/handling fee will be emailed with the order confirmation once the order has been placed. At this time, the customer has the opportunity to cancel the order within a limited time once the notice is sent without penalty.
Shipping Carrier: USPS Global Express Mail
- 3 to 7 business days once package has been shipped.
- Tracking number available for all shipments.
- If customers specify other shipping carriers (Fed Ex, DHL, UPS, others), the quote is To Be Determined and sent via email.
